Tim & Susie Stallings are a ranch-management team whose careers have been spent doing the very work they now help other producers do better. Over more than 35 years managing registered and commercial operations across Texas, they built a nationally recognized herd of Registered Akaushi, Polled Hereford, and Angus cattle with a relentless focus on carcass, growth, and maternal traits.
Tim currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the American Akaushi Association — a reflection of the standing they've earned in the breed. Along the way they ran cow herds of up to 1,100 head, developed branded-beef programs, and built a reputation for producing premium carcasses grading 60–80% prime. In 2026 they were inducted into the Akaushi Hall of Fame — among the breed’s highest honors.
